Pengaruh Latar Belakang Pendidikan, Kemampuan Dan Keterampilan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Chandra Super Store Di Kota Bandar Lampung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan, kemampuan dan
keterampilan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Chandra Super Store di Kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian
yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan asosiatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan
bantuan program SPSS version 20. Populasi dan sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan
Chandra Super Store yang berjumlah 60 responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
kinerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis uji parsial (uji t) didapat perhitungan nilai sig (0,010) <
alpha (0,05). Kemampuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil uji
hipotesis uji parsial (uji t) didapat perhitungan nilai sig (0,019) < alpha (0,05). Keterampilan berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasaran hasil uji hipotesis uji parsial (uji t) didapat
perhitungan nilai sig (0,022) < alpha (0,05). Latar belakang memperoleh nilai yang lebih dominan dari
variabel bebas lainnya (Kemampuan dan Keterampilan) dari diperolehnya hasil nila beta 0,323.
